Spring League 2026
The Cal Flag League is the foundation of the premier girls flag football pathway on the West Coast. Designed as an open-entry but high-standard league, Cal Flag serves as the launchpad for club teams looking to build, compete, and rise through a tiered system. It offers a consistent game environment, structured like a true league, not just a tournament circuit, where teams compete monthly across divisions to earn their place among the region’s best.
Whether you’re a rising club or an established program looking to prove it, this is where the journey starts. Every snap counts, because at Cal Flag, you’re not just playing for wins…you’re playing for promotion.
Teams participating in Cal Flag are also eligible for NFL FLAG West Coast Regionals and Super Regionals.
